Mark and Diana Doyle created the Managing the Waterways guide book series which covers the Intercoastal waterway from Hampton Roads VA through Biscayne Bay Fl and the Florida keys including the Dry Tortugas. The also distribute a great DVD set of electronic charts. Mark and Diana both hold Masters Licenses and cruise on their 36-foot catamaran, Semi-Local.
